All children are to be accompanied by a responsible adult and must be supervised by them at all times.
Mud Play and feeding/petting animals can carry a risk of Zoonotic infection. All visitors must ensure that their hands are washed using soap and warm water to reduce the likelihood of potential illness. Parents must supervise their children while washing hands and only eat/drink in designated areas. The use of wipes/hand gel is not effective.
Brodieshill uses natural resources to challenge a range of children’s ages and abilities. Please ensure you navigate your visit within your child’s individual capabilities and always supervise them. Enjoy their success but support them.
We have strict welfare ethics regarding our animals at Brodieshill, please treat our animals respectfully or you will be asked to move on to a different activity. While we take every care to ensure a pleasant experience, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries occurred when interacting with our animals.
Parents and children attend at their own risk, Brodieshill will not be held accountable for any injuries to attendees or damage to personal belonging while within our premises.
The management advise that children attend their session in old clothes and waterproofs. No responsibility will be taken for damaged clothing.
Cars and vehicles are parked at owner’s own risk.
At times, due to circumstances out with our control, sessions/bookings may have to be cancelled by the management. Full refunds will be issued should this occur.
Refunds can be given with 48 hours notice.
Deposits for Venue bookings are non-refundable.
Dogs are not permitted.
Brodieshill is a non smoking area.
During your session, we expect kindness and acceptance to people and animals. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour towards our animals, other participants or ourselves. You will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued.
